A couple of people have asked how they can play the shows in the car, or burn a copy to give to a friend. I will show you the easiest way to burn any show to Cd. The quality will be excellent.
First I would recommend downloading itunes if it is not installed on your computer. Next click this link http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/retro-reggae-podcast-show/id354970819?ign-mpt=uo%3D6
Once installed itunes will open in the Retro Reggae profile listing all of the shows, then just download any shows you want. Next you will create a new playlist in itunes and insert a blank disc.
At the bottom right corner there will be a button that says "burn disc". Then click ok and burning should only take a couple minutes.
